STARTING THE TREATMENT WITH CLEAR ALIGNERS
If you decide to have a new smile, you will receive a complete set of clear aligners together with the manual on how to use them.
Before you start
CHECK WHETHER THE SET IS COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION
First, check for missing aligners and materials. The number of overlays is listed on the front cover of the packaging. Compare it with the duration of the treatment we have specified in your treatment plan. Also make sure that the aligners and materials are in perfect condition.

Wear each clear aligner for 14 days. Use the caps in chronological order and wear them a minimum of 22h a day.

Agree with your health care provider on the frequency of follow-up visits.

Take care of your oral hygiene, wash the clear aligner regularly with cold water and remember to remove them during meals.

To consolidate the aesthetic effect, we recommend the use of our retention appliance, which you will receive together with the clear aligner. It is put on immediately after treatment and worn for the first 6 weeks exactly the same as the corrective clear aligner. After that, it is only worn at night. It helps the teeth get used to the new position and fix the treatment effect.
